Our story is rooted in community.
OEVC was founded in Mazar-e-Sharif by Afghan humanitarian and development professionals who believe that vulnerability should never limit a person’s dignity, rights or opportunity. We work alongside communities—especially persons with disabilities, women, children and families affected by crisis—to turn local priorities into practical, lasting solutions.
